InSite Exchange™—the Impetus InSite Platform®'s asynchronous discussion forum and most popular tool—allows advisors to reply to your most important questions and their peers' responses on their own time within a specified period. When another advisor replies to a comment, an automatic email is sent to the author of the original comment, prompting the advisor to log in and reply back. Others' responses can be made visible to all advisors directly or, to avoid bias and groupthink, be hidden until after the advisor has answered the question first. To improve overall interactivity, advisor moderators can be added and/or the Impetus Forced Reply feature can be leveraged.
