I did like to see the answers of my other colleagues. Though we often had similar thoughts, there were times when an answer sparked an idea. This mimics live advisory boards. Asking pointed questions using a scenario as a guide was interesting and enjoyable.
I loved this as I could do it at my convenience. It was also nice to see what others thought and learn from their input as well.
Excellent experience. I think we should continue to use some of these modalities even when face-to-face meetings continue.
