The format is good. Allows me to answer in stages according to my schedule.
I did like to see the answers of my other colleagues. Though we often had similar thoughts, there were times when an answer sparked an idea. This mimics live advisory boards. Asking pointed questions using a scenario as a guide was interesting and enjoyable.
