Our client was looking to gather detailed feedback on their Patient Support Program (PSP) in order to improve its useability, offerings, and value to patients and caregivers. Working closely with Impetus Digital’s strategic experts, they planned a series of asynchronous (over-time, anytime) touchpoints aimed to obtain a deep understanding of the real-life patient journey, treatment challenges, needs, and wants.
